The round was led by The Jordan Company, a US private equity firm, with existing shareholders Yttrium, KOZO KEIKAKU ENGINEERING (KKE), and Cipio Partners also chipping in. Founded in 2013 as a spin-off from the Technical University of Munich, NavVis builds what they call "spatial twins" of the built world.
