The round was led by Blossom Capital, with participation from the NATO Innovation Fund (NIF), the UK's National Security Strategic Investment Fund (NSSIF), and existing backers like Tanglin Ventures and NSFO Family Office. Here's where it gets interesting. Drones have become the defining weapon of modern conflict. According to NIF, Russia produced over 50,000 Shahed-class attack drones in 2025, up from 11,000 in 2024. And these aren't the slow, buzzing things you see in old videos. Newer Shahed variants can hit speeds of around 310 miles per hour. At those speeds, propeller-based interceptors just can't keep up. Turbojets can, but they take up to two minutes to spool up and have fragile supply chains. Greenjets is building engines and airframes that close that gap.
