Holo, a Vilnius-based AI platform, raised $5.4M to help small businesses automate marketing. The platform plans and runs campaigns, learning from each business to improve results.

### The Seed Round That's Turning Heads Holo, a Vilnius-based AI platform that plans and runs marketing for small businesses, just closed a $5.4 million Seed round. The goal? To develop its marketing autopilot, reach more small businesses, and expand its Vilnius team. The round was led by Market One Capital, with participation from Silicon Gardens, FirstPick, Leonis Capital, NGL, Tekton Ventures, and a group of business angels. "Great products usually come from people who've lived through the problem themselves," said MichaΕ‚ Mroczkowski, partner at Market One Capital. "Content is basically free to produce now, but knowing what actually converts takes context and hands-on experience. Holo's founders have both, and it's what sets them apart. We already see it in their early traction and are glad to back them." ### How Holo Works: From Website to Full Marketing Plan Holo was founded in 2025 by Deividas Kovger (product) and Aleksandras Urbanavicius (growth). The founding team also includes Karolis Vaiginis (design) and Arnas Puidokas (CTO). The platform aims to automate marketing with an all-in-one approach. To get started, the business owner simply enters the company's website. Holo then learns what the business sells and how the brand looks and communicates. Using that information, along with the owner's goals, it suggests a marketing plan. According to the company, the plan covers which channels to use, what to launch on each, and what to skip. This gives the owner a starting point without having to write a brief for every activity. But Holo doesn't stop at planning. It carries that plan through to execution. It creates ads, social media posts, emails, and SEO content in the business's own voice, and organizes them in a calendar. Owners can review the proposed work, request changes, or approve it for publication across connected channels. As they become more comfortable, they can move selected tasks to autopilot and let Holo handle them without waiting for approval. ### The Secret Sauce: Learning From Every Business "Every business on Holo teaches the platform something about what works, from which email subject lines get opened to which ad formats get the most reach," said Kovger, co-founder of Holo. "An owner gets a plan built around their business, and that plan keeps changing based on what actually happened. This round lets us push that further, so more of the work can run on autopilot and the owner only steps in when they want to." Holo uses third-party AI models, with its own technology built on top. The Lithuanian startup reported reaching $5 million in annual recurring revenue within 252 days, on less than $1.1 million raised before this round. More than 20,000 businesses across over 100 countries now pay for it. ### The Vision: Marketing Like the Big Brands "Most small business owners we talk to are great at what they do, and almost none of them started a business to do marketing," said Urbanavicius, co-founder of Holo. "We think that within a few years a small business will be able to market the way the biggest brands do, with a real plan, constant testing and a clear decision every week about what to do next, and the owner won't have to think about it any more than they think about how their bank processes payments. More than 20,000 businesses already pay for Holo, which tells us owners are ready for that, and this round is about getting them there faster." So what's the takeaway? Holo is betting that small business owners don't want to become marketing experts. They just want more customers. And with this fresh funding, they're one step closer to making that happen on autopilot.
