AI marketing company Aizy acquires Dutch rival Uptmz to build an all-in-one advertising platform for Google, Microsoft, and Meta. The deal follows a $2.3 million raise and $25.3 million valuation.

AI marketing software company Aizy just snapped up fellow Dutch player Uptmz. Their goal? To build one integrated advertising platform for Google, Microsoft, and Meta. Think software, AI-powered optimization, and strategic support all under one roof. This deal follows a $2.3 million raise back in February and a $25.3 million valuation. That's a lot of confidence in what they're building. ### A Big Step Forward "This acquisition is a major step forward," says Stefan Nuijten, founder of Aizy. "We were already building strong momentum, but bringing Uptmz and Aizy together, serving more than 600 customers across multiple countries, gives us a unique opportunity to take a lead in a market that is still in its early stages." You can feel the excitement. And honestly, it makes sense. The market for AI-driven marketing is still pretty young, and combining forces like this could give them a real edge. ### The Bigger Picture: AI in Marketing Aizy's move isn't happening in a vacuum. There's a ton of funding and M&A activity in this space right now, especially for European software companies using AI in marketing execution, creative workflows, search visibility, sales intelligence, and e-commerce. Some direct competitors include Searchable and DOJO AI, both focused on AI-enabled marketing infrastructure. Then you've got Dragonfly AI and First Concepts in adjacent creative and agency workflows. Outcraft AI, Sillage, Kopa.ai, and Webidoo broaden things into revenue execution, go-to-market automation, and SMB operating layers. Against this backdrop, Aizy's move to combine AI-driven campaign optimization, multichannel advertising software, and specialist support fits a wider shift toward platforms that reduce fragmentation across marketing and commercial workflows. ### Why This Deal Matters Stefan adds: "This acquisition is highly strategic for us. Over the past seven years, Uptmz has built an exceptional product—robust, highly scalable, and trusted by hundreds of customers. We have focused on AI intelligence combined with human expertise. Together, this gives us the best of both worlds: intuitive technology on the software side and real intelligence on the strategy and execution side. It sets a new benchmark for AI-driven performance marketing and gives us a meaningful lead over many of the newer initiatives entering the market." That's the core of it. They're not just slapping AI on top of old tools. They're building something that actually works with human experts in the loop. ### What You Get Here's what customers can expect from the combined platform: - Unified campaign management across Google, Microsoft, and Meta - AI-powered optimization that learns and adapts - Access to a team of performance marketing specialists - A single ecosystem instead of juggling five different tools ### The Companies Behind the Deal Founded in 2024, Aizy is an AI-powered performance marketing platform that combines AI with the expertise of performance marketing specialists. Businesses and agencies can independently optimize campaigns across Google, Microsoft, and Meta through the platform, or fully outsource campaign management to the Aizy team. Originally developed in 2019 within agency group Springbok Group, Uptmz has evolved over the past several years into a highly technical performance marketing platform focused on Google and Microsoft advertising, with a strong emphasis on automation and scalability. In 2022, Uptmz became an independent company to accelerate the platform's growth. As part of Aizy, the platform will continue to scale within an AI-first environment. ### Responding to Market Demand Through the acquisition, Aizy says they're responding to the growing demand for performance marketing technology that goes beyond standalone AI tools or fragmented automation solutions. "Over the past seven years, we have built a scalable and technically advanced platform that is now used daily by hundreds of customers," adds Vincent Stoit, co-founder of Uptmz. "At the same time, we increasingly see businesses looking for a multichannel approach and strategic guidance that goes beyond software alone. In Aizy, we found a partner capable of accelerating our technology roadmap while helping customers navigate their next phase of growth." ### What's Next While many platforms focus on isolated functionalities, Aizy and Uptmz combine software, AI, and specialist expertise within one integrated platform. Customers of both companies will gain access to a unified ecosystem where they can manage campaigns, get AI-driven insights, and talk to real experts who understand their business. It's a smart bet. And if they pull it off, it could change how performance marketing works for a lot of businesses.
