Aizy acquires Dutch performance marketing software company Uptmz after a $2.1M raise, aiming to create an integrated AI-powered advertising platform for Google, Microsoft, and Meta.
AI marketing software company Aizy just bought a fellow Dutch player called Uptmz. Their big plan? To build an all-in-one advertising platform for Google, Microsoft, and Meta that combines software, AI-powered optimization, and real strategic support in one place.
This news comes after they raised $2.1 million back in February and hit a $23.2 million valuation. Pretty impressive for a company that's barely been around.
### What's the Big Deal?
"This acquisition is a major step forward," says Stefan Nuijten, founder of Aizy. "We were already building strong momentum, but bringing Uptmz and Aizy together—serving more than 600 customers across multiple countries—gives us a unique opportunity to take a lead in a market that's still in its early stages."
The move follows a wave of funding and M&A activity in Europe for AI marketing tools. You've got companies like Searchable and DOJO AI focusing on AI-enabled marketing infrastructure. Then there's Dragonfly AI and First Concepts working on creative and agency workflows. Outcraft AI, Sillage, Kopa.ai, and Webidoo are tackling revenue execution, go-to-market automation, and SMB operating layers.
Against this backdrop, Aizy's move to combine AI-driven campaign optimization with multichannel advertising software and specialist support makes total sense. It's part of a bigger shift toward platforms that reduce the chaos of juggling a dozen different marketing tools.

### Why This Matters for Marketers
Stefan adds: "Over the past seven years, Uptmz has built an exceptional product—robust, highly scalable, and trusted by hundreds of customers. We've focused on AI intelligence combined with human expertise. Together, this gives us the best of both worlds: intuitive technology on the software side and real intelligence on the strategy and execution side."
He believes this sets a new benchmark for AI-driven performance marketing and gives them a meaningful lead over newer players entering the market.
### The Backstory
Aizy was founded in 2024. It's an AI-powered performance marketing platform that mixes AI with the know-how of performance marketing specialists. Businesses and agencies can either optimize campaigns themselves across Google, Microsoft, and Meta, or they can fully outsource campaign management to the Aizy team.
Uptmz started back in 2019 inside an agency group called Springbok Group. Over the years, it grew into a highly technical performance marketing platform focused on Google and Microsoft advertising, with a strong emphasis on automation and scalability. In 2022, Uptmz spun off to become its own company to speed up growth. Now, as part of Aizy, it'll keep scaling within an AI-first environment.
### What Customers Get
Through this acquisition, Aizy says they're answering the growing demand for performance marketing tech that goes beyond standalone AI tools or fragmented automation solutions.
"Over the past seven years, we've built a scalable and technically advanced platform that's now used daily by hundreds of customers," says Vincent Stoit, co-founder of Uptmz. "At the same time, we increasingly see businesses looking for a multichannel approach and strategic guidance that goes beyond software alone. In Aizy, we found a partner capable of accelerating our technology roadmap while helping customers navigate their next phase of growth."
While many platforms focus on isolated functions, Aizy and Uptmz combine software, AI, and specialist expertise into one integrated platform. Customers from both companies will get access to a unified ecosystem where everything just works together.
### The Takeaway
This acquisition reflects the growing shift from fragmented marketing tools toward integrated AI-native advertising platforms. For marketers tired of piecing together different solutions, this could be exactly what they've been waiting for.
